Laundry machines are in the unit's downstairs laundry space, shared with the downstairs full time tenants. Two outdoor couches with cushions are situated on the patio deck overlooking the ocean view.

PARKING: You may park 1 car in the driveway on the Pelican Way side of the house.

1. Laundry room is shared with first floor tenants who do laundry 1x per week, usually on Saturday. Please be considerate of others and they will be considerate of you. Do your laundry, then please clear the area when complete.
2. We have 2 exterior cameras that focus on the street in the front and the back of the house. These cameras are for your security as well as the security of the tenants living on the 1st floor.
3. This home is on septic. Single-ply toilet paper only please. It is important not to put grease or solid foods of any size down the kitchen drain, and no foreign objects or paper towels down the toilet.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $49. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
